Invite your patrons to the ultimate summer indulgence, the classic Long Island Iced Tea. A tantalizing fusion of vodka,gin, rum, tequila, all bound together with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Topped with a splash of soda to make this symphony of flavors truly tingle the palette.

0.75 Ounce of vodka
0.75 Ounce of rum
0.75 Ounce of tequila
0.75 Ounce of gin
0.75 Ounce of triple sec
0.75 Ounce of simple syrup
0.75 Ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Splash of soda
1 Garnish: lemon wedge

Step One: Fill the shaker with ice.
Step Two: Add vodka, rum, tequila, gin, triple sec simple syrup and lemon juice to shaker.
Step Three : Shake well until fully chilled, about 15-25 seconds.
Step Four: Fill highball with ice.
Step Five: Strain mixture into glass.
Step Six: Add a splash of soda water/ seltzer water.
Step Seven: Garnish with lemon.
