This important survey will take about ten to 15 minutes to complete and the results/report will be published in February 2024, prior to next year’s World Tea Expo, to be held March 18-20, 2024 in Las Vegas.

An Extensive Two-Part Survey
The World Tea News survey report for 2023/2024 will be divided into two parts. This first part of the survey will gather the collective thoughts of the global tea industry on a wide variety of topics. This means that no matter who you are in the industry – or what role you play in the global supply chain – you can have an opinion on the topics in part one of the survey and answer all of the questions.
For part two, separate surveys will be sent to two distinct groups – one survey for producers/suppliers/wholesalers and one survey for retailers or those who sell/serve tea directly to consumers. The two separate surveys will cover topics that are specific to each group (note that parties who fall into both categories may answer both sets of questions). Part two of the survey will be conducted early next year and published around May/June 2024.
The results of the survey and the subsequent two-part report will present an insightful snapshot (or “pulse”) of the global tea industry, what’s most important right now, what decisions are being made, and where the industry is headed.
