The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Introduced Limited Edition Winter Beverages

On Jan. 8 The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf launched its winter beverages, which incorporate the company’s signature hazelnut flavor. The limited edition Houjicha Hazelnut Latte blends charcoal-roasted Japanese green tea with the flavor of hazelnut to create a toasty tea latte that is perfect for the winter months.

"We are excited to introduce our guests to Japanese-inspired beverages that still possess the familiar flavor of hazelnut, like our new Houjicha Hazelnut Latte," said Nurit Raich, Senior Director of Product Innovation at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in a press release. "These exotic new flavors and tasteful bites preview our collection of globally-inspired, innovative new products for 2019." The Houjicha Hazelnut Latte will be available through March 12. Additionally, the company is launching is Social Hour, which provides exclusive specials for Coffee Bean Rewards app members. The app will provide members with Social Hour invitations and deals on seasonal, espresso and ice blended beverages. Peet’s Coffee Debuted Winter Beverages for a Limited Time

Peet’s Coffee recently introduced its handcrafted, all-natural 2019 winter beverages and among them is the Golden Matcha Latte. It is made of Mighty Leaf Matcha Green tea, steamed milk, golden turmeric and honey syrup. "Turmeric is prized for its reputed health benefits, as well as its warm, earthy flavor and beautiful, bright golden color," said Patrick Main, Senior R&D Manager of Peet's Coffee in a company press release. "It is great for those seeking wellness-centric beverage options in the new year." As with all of Peet’s beverages, customers have the options of using coconut, soy and almond milk in place of dairy milk. Starbucks Malaysia Introduces New Teas

The Sun Daily reports Starbucks Malaysia unveiled new Teavana beverages: the Oat Green Tea Latte and the Poached Pear Chamomile Tea.

The Oat Green Tea Latte provides a hearty way to start the day by combining creamy matcha with real oats. The Poached Pear Chamomile Tea blends refreshing fruit tea with bits of pear. Both handcrafted Teavana tea beverages are available at all Starbucks outlets across Malaysia.
