World Tea Expo Meet and Greet
Kick off this year's Expo with a fun event designed to inspire connection. Whether you're a tea industry veteran or new to the business, this Meet & Greet promises an evening of connections, growth, and inspiration.
Included in all passes, the event will be held Sunday, March 17, 2024 from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Opening Night Reception
Included in all passes, the opening night reception will be held at a new location this year—FUHU in Resorts World! The venue features a vibrant design with retro touches and modern, Chinese-inspired details, while a lush indoor-outdoor dining room and patio provides the perfect backdrop for catching up.
Don't miss this night of mingling with fellow tea business owners, growers, distributors, and industry pioneers. The event will be held Monday, March 18 from 6-7 pm.
Happy Hour
Whether you're looking to discover fresh ideas, explore collaboration opportunities, or simply unwind after a busy day, our Networking Happy Hour is the place to be.
Held in the upscale and spirited AZILO Ultra Lounge in SAHARA Las Vegas on Tuesday, March 19, first-time attendees get early access to the Happy Hour from 6-6:30 pm to meet and network. From 6:30 pm-8:00 pm, the Happy Hour opens to all ticketed attendees (add it to your registration pass for an additional fee).
At this event, you'll get to:
- Network with fellow tea enthusiasts, growers, distributors,and industry experts in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
- Delight your taste buds with complimentary cocktails from our sponsors.

This event will be held at AZILO Ultra Lounge from 6-6:30 pm for first-timers, and 6:30-8 pm for all those with tickets.
Industry Meetups
New this year, meetups are located on the Expo Hall on March 19 & March 20 and are included in all registration passes!
From association meetups and a World Tea Academy reunion to meet and greets with our keynoter Jeff Fuchs and other speakers, you'll have multiple chances to meet like-minded experts who share your passion and challenges in the field.
