  • 2 Ounces of bourbon
  • 1 Teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Garnish: orange wedge

 

 

 

  • Step One: Place sugar in an highball or rocks glass.
  • Step Two: Add bitters to the glass.
  • Step Three: (optional) Add splash of water to help dissolve sugar.
  • Step Four: Using muddler, muddle sugar and bitters together until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Step Five: Fill glass with ice cubes.
  • Step Six: Pour bourbon over ice and gently stir.
