Tavalon Tea founder John-Paul Lee received a Top 10 Asian-American Business Award in ceremonies at the New York Times building May 3.
The annual recognition is sponsored by the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC) whose mission is to promote and stimulate economic growth among Asian-American Business owners. USPACC, founded in 1984, is the largest Asian-American nonprofit association in the United States.
